I WAS sickened and appalled by last week's front page story in the Guardian that a fox hunt had frightened children as it passed through Byley.

As if these people don't do enough harm by subjecting foxes to a horrible and cruel death, they are now scaring youngsters out of their wits as well.

It amazes me that as we approach the 21st century, this barbaric bloodsport is still allowed to take place.

It's high time that we stopped these Hooray Henrys in their tracks, and the sooner hunting is banned the better as far as I am concerned.

Disgusted.
