NANTWICH Town continued their unbeaten run last week with two victories moving them up from near the bottom to mid-table.
Last Tuesday Town travelled to Maine Road and came away with a 2-0 win despite three of the previous week's winning side being absent.
Jason Jones scored on 57 minutes followed by Paul Garvey on 80.
On Saturday The Dabbers met Holkur Old Boys and beat them 4-0 at Jackson Avenue.
Five minutes into the game Town took the lead through Andy Brownsword after a cross from Ray Notice.
Brownsword rifled the ball into the top corner with his left foot to notch up his first goal for the club. The second came from a free kick by Mark Agius which ricocheted off Matthew Borthwick on 17 minutes.
Jason Jones scored on 59 minutes after working well with Paul Garvey and Ray Notice wrapped up the game seven minutes from time.
On Saturday Town are away to Salford and meet Buxton next Tuesday in the quarter final of the Mid Cheshire Cup.
