The words of Witton Albion's Director of Football, John Bond, suggest he is a firm believer in efficiency and professionalism.
He added: "I want this club running like a scaled down First Division Club. I'm delighted with the way things have gone in the last eight weeks. The club has been organised very well, with everybody doing their jobs excellently."
John Bond has been most impressed by Kevin Tully and his approach to the club and football in general.
John explained: "Kevin is quite easy to get on with but you have to keep up with him or he'll grind you into the ground if you let him.
"He pushes for things and sometimes you have to be firm with him and say 'no', but he does it with the best interests of the team at heart."
Indeed, anybody who has met Kevin Tully will agree he is a strong character. But Bond is a seasoned campaigner who knows every trick in the book.
He joked: "Kevin could never surprise me, because I've done it all 1000 times myself."
Bond's knowledge of the game and understanding of the stresses involved of managing a side mean Tully is in far safer hands than most managers.
"I would like to think I know a bit more about football than most directors. I would know if the team is being run in a good and professional manner or not," said Bond.
Thankfully for Tully, his first two months in the post have left John Bond singing the praises of Witton's boss.
"I have been impressed with him. I have told him he is in safer hands with me in charge of the footballing side because I won't say 'You're out' if he loses a couple of games."
Bond added: "As a player I would not have minded playing under him because he has an enthusiasm for the game which must rub off on his players. He's like me in that he loves the game."
Of Witton's chances in the Unibond First Division Bond is very hopeful: "I will be very disappointed if they don't do very well. I don't know the true standard of the league, but what Kevin and Peter have put together on the pitch has been very exciting."
