HALTON Radio Club is a new amateur radio club that has opened in the Runcorn area.
Its prime objective is to promote amateur radio and associated electronics including computers within the local community.
To learn how to be a radio ham a novice course will be starting on September 17 for all those wanting to become a radio amateur.
Anyone interested can go along to the group at the Play Centre, Norton Hill, Runcorn, every Thursday night between 7pm and10pm.
