MID-CHESHIRE'S junior bowls team roared into the final of the British Parks Championships at Winsford on Sunday.
Over Rec was chosen as the home leg venue because six of the side were Winsford boys and they pulled off a 197-154 win over the East Midlands.
After a slow start, a hat-trick of big wins by David Dickenson, Mike Morgan and Jon Gurney set the tone for victory.
The away leg was won by 183 chalks to 134, giving Mid Cheshire a convincing passage into the final, where they will meet Yorkshire on Sunday, September 20.
