After having a lengthy and costly public inquiry into developing farmland at Lostock, two government inspectors, along with 90 per cent of Lostock residents, the Council for the Protection of Rural England, our local MP, the National Farmers' Union and other groups have said no to these proposals.
What do Vale Royal do?
They call a public inquiry.
I urge everyone to write to landowners ICI - asking them to stop selling farmland for development.
