The senior side defeated Gwynedd in the Premier Division clash 527-441 to set-up a final against Greater Manchester on September 20.
The juniors will play Yorkshire on the same day thanks to their win over East Midlands 380-308.
Both were emphatic wins, with each side winning the home and away legs.
The senior team dropped only two blocks in the home leg at Lostock as they won 261-188.
The away leg at Llandudno saw no fewer than seven of the Mid Cheshire team recording winning scores of 21.
The tone for the victory was set by Wharton Cons' Peter Kelly in the opening block and was completed by three wins in the closing matches from Tim Halliwell, Steve Brittleton and Paul Mackie.
The junior's Super Premier Division victory over East Midlands came despite four of the 10 home blocks at Over Park being won by the Midlanders.
In the Barton-Under-Needwood away leg, though, Stephen Morrey, Matthew Barnett, Sean Morrey and Adrian Faulkner won their matches to single scores to humiliate the home team, who were beaten 183-154.
