GRAVEYARD Cottage is a hidden treasure.
The ancient building was last sold when villagers were still trading in farmyard animals.
But it's now back on the market after 200 years.
"Graveyard Cottage will be bought as a labour of love because it is such a big project," said Michael Groves, boss of Thornley Groves estate agents, which are selling the property.
The tiny cottage is just 21ft by 16ft and hidden away at the end of a bridle path in Mobberley.
The garden needs a little weeding and inside needs a bit of a paint job, but don't expect any help from the neighbours - they're all dead and buried in the nearby Quaker graveyard.
Anyone brave enough to take on the small rundown building with a quarter acre of overgrown garden will do so at a cost of over £65,000.
Yet, despite its obvious faults Mr Groves believes he won't have too much trouble finding a buyer.
"We have lots of people who want to buy properties and then spend money on improving them," he said.
"A lot of local people will be interested as well as people who want to live near to a town."
