TOP Biddulph firm Selectus is setting sail as part of a £7 million refurbishment of a cruise ship.
The Arcadia, formerly the Star Princess, is the latest superliner for Great Britain, and replaces the famous Canberra.
The renowned hook and loop fastener made by Selectus is being used as an integral part of specially-designed seating in the liner's conservatory deck restaurant.
"To help make possible the unique curved design of the seating we needed a product which was strong and versatile, and could be easily fitted to the shape of the seat,'' said a spokesman for the company which carried out the refurbishment.
