YES, this is Wolfsburg home of Volkswagen, I have never seen this, or any other photograph, in any local newspapers, this plant makes big money, so they buy Rolls-Royce and promise to make it pay.
OK, how many Rolls workers knowing they are under German management have learned to speak German, especially trade union representatives, forgemen, chargehands etc, I say every man on the plant could have learned a reasonable amount of German whilst the negotiations have been going on. If I were the owner of this plant I would give all staff 18 months to learn the language.
