MORE than twenty local charities will be taking part in Saturday's annual fund-raising Fayre on Nantwich Square.
Organised by members of the Crewe and Nantwich Lions Club, the event gives the good causes a boost and will also provide some fun and music for town centre shoppers.
The Contrast Chamber Ensemble will play a variety of music and the varied stalls will feature games and competitions.
Lion President Peter Andrews will host the event and welcome the mayor and mayoress who will tour the stalls.
'I look forward to welcoming all our guests and hope that once more local people and visitors to the town will support the various charities," said Mr Andrews.
"This is an important event in the Lions Club calendar and many of those taking part will hopefully benefit from the generostiy of the public," he added.
