DEVELOPERS are hoping to build new homes on Nantwich Town's Football pitch over the next year.
McLean Homes North West has put forward an outline planning application for 30 detached houses on the ground, at Jackson Avenue.
The football club is currently looking for a new home where they can build a bigger stadium.
Ben McDyre, of McDyre and Co planning consultants, said that if the development was given approval it could take between six and 12 months to build depending on reserved matters and the football club itself.
