HALTON Council is looking for volunteers to help check on old folks' homes in the borough.
No qualifications are necessary, but you need to be able to communicate with a wide variety of people and to make your own way to the inspection sites.
Each lay assessor must also write a brief note on the inspection for inclusion in the council inspector's report.
