A NANTWICH college has become one of the first places in the area to maintain the Investors in People award for more than three years.
Reaseheath College is still applying the Investors' principles to help to achieve the aims and objectives.
And this has led to the college receiving a re-assessment certificate from South and East Cheshire TEC.
Liz Davis presented the certificate to the chairman of the college board, John Platt.
She also told them that more than 10,000 organisations nationally were now recognised as Investors in People and more than 30 per cent of employees worked for places either committed to or recognised as Investors.
"Investors in People has helped the college to achieve its aims and objectives and ensure that its employees are trained and developed to contribute to this success," said Mrs Davis.
"This in turn results in high standards of service and training for students at the college."
More than 4,300 students, many part-time, attended the college last year with 195 full and part-time staff.
Mr Platt said he was delighted the college had been recognised again as Investors in People and he thanked the TEC for its help and support.
