CHARITIES from across Crewe and Nantwich took part in an annual Lions Club fair last weekend.
Crewe and Nantwich Lions held the Charity Fair on Saturday, August 22, with about 20 different groups joining in on the day.
Each charity had a stall and the Lions were on hand to boost their funds and recruit new members in Nantwich Square.
Entertainment was provided by the Contrast Chamber Ensemble, a popular group of musicians playing a variety of music in a classical style.
Lions president Peter Andrews said: "This is an important event in the Lions Club calendar and many of those taking part will hopefully benefit from the generosity of the public."
