BLUNDELLS Hill Golf Club, recently held their annual Mixed Open Golf Tournament, at the club in Blundells Lane, Rainhill.
The event was a huge success, with a record number of entrants, coming from golf clubs right across Merseyside and Cheshire.
The tournament was sponsored, for the second year running, by chartered accountants Mitchell Charlesworth.
Unfortunately the overall winners of the tournament were unable to attend the prize giving, but the captain and lady captain of Blundells Hill, Gordon Scott and Jan Varley, accepted prizes, which included a trophy, crystal glasses and valuable golfing equipment, on their behalf.
