WE'RE gearing up for the 1999 Bride of the Year competition.
Once again a superb package of prizes is being lined up and will be announced in The GUARDIAN in a few weeks time.
Judging for the title, which in previous years has presented the winning couple with a £1,000-plus boost for their special day, will take place at the South Cheshire Wedding Fayre on Sunday, January 31 in Nantwich Civic Hall.
The prestigious annual showcase for specialist businesses promises to the biggest and best yet, with space already being snapped up by enterprising local traders.
Organiser Brian Looker of Cameo Marketing has been organising Wedding Fayres for 15 years and believes the Civic Hall is an ideal venue.
"It is in a central, easy to find location and there is extensive free parking available. Once again there will be no admittance charge. In addition to many of our regular supporters interest is also being shown by some new exhibitors. It promises to be a grand show," he said.
In addition to a wide range of specialist trade stands visitors will also be able to catwalk fashion shows and live music.
