Tim, of Percy Street in Northwich, went into the final day of the championship on Saturday needing just one fifth place finish from four races to clinch the title.
He won 10 of the 11 races staged before Saturday, only losing the first after getting involved in a pile-up on the first corner. On Saturday he won all four races, recording another lap record in the process, for a season total of 149 points from 150 available.
He won the championship by 32 points.
And because of his big lead, he decided to reward his trusty mechanic Andrew Benson with a ride on his 600 Honda.
Andrew crashed off in qualifying and badly damaged the bike, but the pair managed to patch it together in time for Andrew to finish four races.
The duo were joined at Tonfanau by Dave Carson, an 18-year-old from Wincham, currently showing great potential in the British Superteens championship.
Despite racing against 125 Grand Prix bikes on his standard 125, he managed to finish in the top 10 twice and record a lap record for his class in every one of his racing laps.
