WHO was the Brain of Britain who designated Bramwell Avenue a thirty mile an hour zone?
I use it several times a week and on almost every occasion, I have been either tailgated, had headlights flashed in my rear view mirror, horn blasted, overtaken recklessly in the path of oncoming traffic, "V" signed and why? Simply because I am doing exactly what the law states, travelling at thirty miles per hour.
If the powers that be would observe the traffic movement on this road they would find that most motorists travel at forty miles per hour. Would it be possible to to have the speed limit raised to forty miles per hour as I think that it would help stop some drivers getting very angry and frustrated.
