DETECTIVES hunting the killer of a Cheshire housewife urgently need to hear from a Warrington woman.
The mystery woman called the murder incident room and gave information regarding the brutal murder of Julia Webb, whose battered body was found at a beauty spot in Sandiway, Northwich, on July 22.
Detective Dave Johnstone said: "The woman gave us information on the murder but we lost contact with her when her mobile phone cut off.
"She intimated that she had recently moved to the Callands area and that she had recently returned from Australia.
"She also has Northwich connections. We appeal for her to contact us again as soon as possible."
Anyone with information on the murder should contact 01606 350 484.
