THANK you very much for publishing the article on the 'Penny Share Club'. I had a wonderful response of 28 people.

Thirteen of us met at the Coachman at Hartford on September 1. The meeting went very well, with all parties attending wishing to continue with the club.

We are now called the Northwich Share Club and will be meeting on the third Friday of each month. The first meeting is at the Oddfellows pub in Davenham on September 18 at 8pm. A finance committee has been formed.

There was only one problem. The response was from a mixture of experienced and inexperienced players of the stock market. But only us inexperienced folk came on the night.

We are looking forward to a fun, sociable, profitable time together.
