ALSAGER remain unbeaten and moved top in the league after thrashing Adderley Green at home on Saturday.
The first half of the game was goal-less with both defences playing equally well but the first goal came within five minutes of the restart.
Ben Biddulph was put through from a long ball and scored to be followed five minutes later by Gareth Rowe.
The scoreline stayed at 2-0 until 10 minutes from the end when Wayne Brotherton added emphasis to Alsager's dominance and within a few minutes Steve Brown took the score to 4-0.
"It was a great result the team did really well," said Steve Booth of Alsager Football Club. "They have gone up to the top of the league and are unbeaten up to now."
