DIVISION Two side Rylands pulled off a shock win in the Warrington Soccer League's GUARDIAN Cup when they beat Eagle Sports.
The Premier Division side were undone by a Steven Humberstone strike in a tight match.
Premiers Halebank also bit the dust.
Holders Crosfields had to come from behind to overcome Moorfield 3-2. Super sub Mark Craven netted the winner with Colin Osborne and Steve Saunders also finding the target.
Division Three Safeways knocked out Division Two opponents Travellers Rest. Safeways were trailing 2-0 after 15 minutes but manager Joe Hill's verbal blast spurred them into action and Tony Gallop, Dave Holden and Steve Orford netted.
Lymm Dynamoes' form continues. They enjoyed a midweek 9-1 success over Talos and then dumped Brookfield out of the cup 5-2 as Burton hit a brace and Matt Preston scored a hat-trick.
Fearnhead were 3-1 up against Halfway thanks to Jonathan Brennan, Phil Johnson and David Duncan but the visitors snatched two late goals.
Spartak overcame Clock Face 2-0 thanks to efforts from Mark Bostock and Andy Taylor.
A hat-trick by Kevin Gray helped Lymm Rangers to a 4-2 win over Grappenhall Sports.
Halton Borough won 5-1 at Burtonwood. There was a brace apiece for Keith Polhill and Mark Fitzsimons with Kevin Martin also netting.
Not to be outdone, the reserves pulled off a 6-5 win at Crosfields Reserves in the Rylands Cup. The winner was gifted to them by 36-year-old Jed Gosnet who headed into his own goal with seconds remaining.
Halton Borough third blasted nine against Sasib reserves. Lee Cullerton and Chris Filkins hit trebles.
Halton fourth crashed 7-1 at home to Moore reserves. Gary Jones got the consolation goal and Moore's came from Chris Wilson, four, Ian Ruddy, two and Lee Duane.
