DESPITE the inclusion of new signing, prolific striker Kevin Dack from Tetley Walker, Warrington's dismal home form continued after being trounced by Maghull.
Town, who have only won once at Cantilever Park since November, remain anchored to the bottom of the North Western Trains League second division with only one point to their name.
Dack, who finished top scorer in the division with 35 goals last season, is in his second spell with Warrington having previously played for them 10 years ago.
He made little impact during this game, however, threatening only once when a first half close range drive was smothered by 'keeper Lee Lawson.
It was the only time Lawson was troubled throughout the 90 minutes by a ponderous Warrington attack.
Maghull, who lost Justin Kemp with a suspected broken shin after four minutes following a tackle by Terry Nestor, continually exposed Town's defensive shortcomings.
Their twin attacking spearhead of Chris Brunskill and Paul Cronin reaped the benefit. Brunskill opened the scoring before the interval with Cronin adding two second half goals.
Town: Thompson, Weston, Hunt, Cartledge, Coll (McDonnell 67mins), Tague, Nestor, Bold (Brown 74), Tyrrell (Whitehead 67), Dack, Stockton.Colin Serjent
