In an update of the BBC's Neighbours at War programme on Monday night, he launched another stinging attack on Rob Bowman and Andrew Curtis, the men who first complained about his alterations.
And speaking to the Guardian yesterday, Tuesday, he added that he would be moving to Over Peover on September 30.
"I feel totally vindicated," he added. "I hope it teaches these people that if they go to war with the wrong person, they will come off worst."
Mr Ryan, of Farthings Lane, took the fight to national television in January.
While he called Mr Bowman and Mr Curtis "petty minded little Hitlers", Mr Curtis said Mr Ryan had "changed the whole rural aspect of the village".
Mr Bowman and Mr Curtis were invited to speak on Monday night's programme, but both declined.
