Bradford Bulls u19 18
Warrington Wolves u19 18
WARRINGTON Wolves RL Academy team looked to be heading for defeat as the Bulls had the advantage of a strong wind and a 16-4 lead going into the second half.
But the last quarter of the game saw a remarkable turn around as the Wolves snatched a draw, enabling them to cling on to fifth spot in the league table.
Sean Penkywicz scored Warrington's try to bring the sides level at 4-4 in the 15th minute, but the remainder of the half was dominated by the Bulls.
White strolled through a gap on 26 minutes. Sykes converted and then three minutes later Harper forced his way over for a try, converted by Sykes.
The Bulls' half-time lead was increased to 18-4 with a 53rd minute Sykes penalty.
Warrington suddenly appeared to have the edge in pace as the Bulls tired.
Two tries in five minutes from Gareth Barber, one converted by John Duffy, left the Wolves 18-14 behind.
On 69 minutes they drew level when Penkywicz forced his way over from acting half at a play-the-ball. It was just too far out for Duffy to convert.
Team: Kirkbride; Yates, Gornik, Barber, Buckley, Finney, Duffy; Parry, Penkywicz, Tyman, Simpson, Hill, Sibbit. Subs: Tobin, Barr, Hughes, Dootson.
Next game is tomorrow, Saturday, at Wakefield Trinity, kick-off 2.30pm.
