The first team travelled to Christleton for their final league match of the season and restricted the home side to 156-8.
Ed Gibson was the pick of the Oakmere bowlers, taking 5-33 while Mike Bland weighed in with 2-46.
In a thrilling finish, Oakmere squeezed home by just a single wicket with Paul Guildford their top scorer, hitting 46 in a winning total of 157-9.
The 2nd XI wowed spectators at Overdale Lane with a thrilling victory in a low-scoring match.
They held the visiting Christleton batsmen to 101-9 with Ian Newall taking 4-32, Mike Cushion 2-9 and Nigel Barrington-Smith 2-23.
Despite restricting the visitors to a low score, the home batsmen failed to secure a last match win as the game finished with the scores level, Oakmere making 101-9 to pick up nine points that ensured they couldn't be caught.
Ian Morgan was top scorer with a hard-earned 36 while Neil Watson hit a rapid 20 as Oakmere made 99 before the last over. But John Crouchley was the hero, snicking the ball to third man and scrambling two to seal the tie off the last ball.
In the clubhouse after the game, Chairman Peter Powell praised every member of the club who contributed to a fantastic season.
As well as the first and second teams, the club's ladies won their league and the Colts came second in theirs.
Davenham and Weaverham ended their campaigns with defeats.
Relegated Davenham declared on 175-4 at home to Knutsford, with Rob Harrison making 56, Colin Murray 52 and Dave Buckley an un beaten 38. Knutsford overhauled that target for the loss of seven wickets, Michael Buckley taking 2-47.
Weaverham also batted first and declared, on 123-8. Their hosts Winsford made a winning score of 125-3.
In Division Two, Barnton were beaten by Lymm OP after being dismissed for just 88.
Davenham's 2nd XI finished the season with a draw against Knutsford. They made 191-4, with Mark Greaves making 79 and John Sumner 48, before restricting their opponents to 98-8.
