Knutsford A 1
Sale West 3
KNUTSFORD'S poor early season form continued on Saturday as they struggled to contain their determined visitors.
Newly-promoted Sale West had a greater appetite and their hard work paid off after only 15 minutes.
Knutsford failed to deal with a routine set piece allowing Larkin time and space to score with a powerful header.
The home side rallied briefly and even managed an equaliser through Moss before half-time, but the respite was short lived.
Further goals from Davis and Hyde in the second half sealed the points for the impressive Sale team.
Knutsford will be hoping for a better performance on Saturday when they entertain old rivals Atlantic at Manchester Road.
Kick off 2pm.
