MORE than eight out of ten Congleton drivers would use their cars less to cut traffic congestion and pollution, a survey has found.
The finding emerged from a survey carried out by Cheshire County Council, which is campaigning to raise awareness of county-wide traffic problems.
The survey found most Congleton people believed Cheshire's roads were choked with traffic, and 81 per cent said they would be prepared to use their cars less.
An exhibition promoting the TravelWise campaign will be running at Congleton library until the end of September
