GREAT Britain rugby league star Bobbie Goulding appeared before magistrates in Warrington on Friday, accused of wounding with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm on Darren Shaw outside a nightclub.
The 26 year old ex-Widnes, St Helens, Leeds and Wigan scrum-half who now plays for Huddersfield, was also charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on the man.
John Ruane, 35, of Cornerhouse Lane, Widnes, was also charged with wounding Wesley Brown with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and affray.
Goulding, of Carr House Farm, Whiston and Ruane were both allowed bail until December 4.
