MASTER bakers have used some of their dough to pay for a pair of new entrance gates at a retirement complex.
Bakers Villas in Waggs Street, Congleton, is home to people and their families who worked in the baking industry.
Oldham and District Master Bakers donated money for new entrance gates for the complex, which are due to be officially opened this month by a representative of the Worshipful Company of Bakers.
Bakers Villas has also undergone other improvements paid for by donations from other Master Baker districts in the North West and North Wales.
