TIGERS went down to their first defat of the season with only a goal-kick, the difference between them.
Again, as last week, the Tigers had to reshuffle the team before the kick-off, with players work commitments causing havoc.
To their credit the Tigers only went in at half-time conceding a try and conversion.
The Tigers came back into the game and took control and were soon rewarded with a fine try by Mike O'Neill.
Play went to and fro with both teams tackling well.
From a set-play Mike O'Neill was held short.
Minutes later Andy Abbot was also tackled over the line.
Bank Quay opened up the Tigers but failed to score with the last pass of the move the Tigers were guilty of losing possession in their own 25 yard lne.
After countless tackles Bank's prop dived over on the last play-the-ball.
The Tigers again came back into play when Connor scored near the posts.
A missed conversion proved costly as the Tigers, Ste O'Neill, was disallowed a try near the end.
