FURTHER development plans for the Daresbury Hotel costing £11 million pounds have been submitted to Halton Borough Council's Planning Department this week to provide further bedrooms and a new leisure club on the site.
The applicant Greenalls is proposing a new hotel block comprising of 36 bedrooms, a new extended lounge, conference room, restaurant and kitchen area.
Plans also include refurbishing and extending the existing leisure facilities to include a swimming pool and gym.
The work is the final stages of the development plans for the hotel, to update it into a top class business hotel for future use by the new Daresbury Business Park currently being built.
