Residents have a choice of three town centre locations.
One includes spanning King Street with an arch in the style of Chester's Eastgate clock. More conventional free-standing clocks are proposed for the junction of Princess Street and Toft Road, close to Simon Boyd's furnishings shop, and the Canute Place roundabout.
Questionnaires detailing the three choices are available from Knutsford Town Council offices and must be returned by February 16.
