THE first candidate to achieve an NVQ Level Three in Playwork was awarded her certificate at a surprise presentation last week.
Sally Greatbanks works at Schools Out, an out of school club in Ruskin Road, Crewe.
She collected her award from South and East Cheshire TEC senior operations manager Margaret Kramer at the annual meeting of the Out-of-School Childcare Association.
Sally was assessed for her NVQ by the owner-manager of Schools Out, Lesley Clarke who also achieved her assessor qualification.
Clubs from Crewe, Nantwich and Sandbach were among those represented at the meeting at Riverside in Congleton.
