I USUALLY enjoy my early morning swim in the town centre baths but with my car being repaired last Thursday, I visited Great Sankey Baths by cycle. I have attended there in the past but my friend and I tend to visit the town baths once a week as she lives closer to these particular baths.
During my swim at Great Sankey Baths, I found myself in a spot of bother with cramp in my leg to which the attendant responded by helping me from the pool and massaging my lower leg to relieve the pain.
After a few minutes I was able to carry on with my swim as normal. It is reassuring that these young people are there in case of such occurances. I would like to say a big thank you to the young man who helped me. His manner and skills which were first class.
