WITH regard to houses being built on Radley Common - surely the council should think again. The Common is rich in nature and a natural habitat for all wildlife and provides a lot of interest and recreation to the public.

Couldn't the houses be built where our much-needed (?) supermarket is being built, on Tetley Walker's site? We need to have somewhere that our children can enjoy as we had in our youth and older years. Is this the end of the skylarks, jays, owls, woodpeckers? They're all there on Radley Common. Couldn't the powers-that-be have a little common sense?
