HELP is at hand for Winsford and Middlewich residents who want to take several steps closer to getting fit.
Jackie Carlin runs aerobic classes which cater for beginner and intermediate level fitness enthusiasts and there are still places available.
Jackie has been staging classes all over Cheshire for the past two years and her club, Jumping Jack's, offers both standard aerobics and step classes.
Jumping Jack's meet on Monday nights, at St John's Community Centre, on Delamere Street, in Winsford.
Aerobics classes are held between 7pm and 8pm and the hour long step aerobics class begins at 8.15pm.
