Residents are being invited to have their say on Warrington's crime strategy tonight, Tuesday
Police chiefs in the town want to hear the public's views on the completed Crime Audit, which will help shape the Community Safety Strategy for the town over the next three years.
The audit surveyed individuals and business across the borough to find out their main concerns about crime.
On the agenda will be topics such as drugs, alcohol misuse, violent crime, youth issues and vehicle crime.
Chief Inspector Tim Jackson said: "We want to consult with as many people as possible on this subject. It is a public meeting and we want to encourage people to come along.
"It will give them an unrivalled opportunity to see how the Community Safety Strategy will be delivered in Warrington," he said. The regular police forum has moved from its usual Town Hall venue to Stockton Heath's Methodist Hall, Walton Road, in a bid to attract more people. The meeting starts at 7pm.
