WOOLSTON registered an outstanding victory in a thrilling cup encounter.
Rovers were losing 6-0 at half-time but fought back superbly to clinch a semi-finals place. Tries were scored by Simpson-Adkins, two and Dobson with goals kicked by Cornelia and Bagley.

AN Ian Stephenson try got Soap off to a flying start but there was little to choose between the two sides until Daniel Mutton crashed over for a try goaled by Paul Oultram seconds before the interval.
Soap took control after the break with tries from Rob Hayes, Chris Gordon and Richard Hough, two. The Griffins' try was scored by Stout with a conversion by Hutchinson.
Soap centre Ian Stephenson has been selected for the North West Counties squad.
