THERE will be an opportunity for anyone interested in trying their hand at golf at a special golf afternoon arranged during March at St Michael's Golf Course, Widnes.
The afternoons are for absolute beginners who have always wanted to learn golfing skills and a golfing professional will be there to take visitors through the grip and swing.
Afterwards a member of the Golf Club will take the group around the course and there will be the opportunity for a free game of golf.
There will be a chance for men to try their hand at golf at a special afternoon arranged on Saturday, March 20 at 1pm with a ladies afternoon on Saturday, March 27 at 2pm.
In April, the course professional will also start a new golf coaching course for junior following the success of similar courses run during March.
The course starts on Saturday, April 3 at 1pm and will cost £4.50.
This includes three hours tuition, use of equipment, a certificate and a free round of golf and free gift.
To avoid disappointment book your coaching session by phoning 0151 424 6230 and Darren Chapman, the Golf Professional, will be pleased to answer any queries.
