HALTON'S Euro-MP is urging holidaymakers who fall foul of timeshare conmen this summer to help him put a stop to the annual fleecing fiesta.
Brian Simpson said he will use new European legislation to catch out people who try to take advantage of tourists by flogging them dodgy timeshares.
Brian Simpson said: "I receive numerous complaints from Runcorn and Widnes holidaymakers that they are still being pounced on by phoney timeshare agents at Spanish, Italian and Greek resorts.
"I will press for action against anyone who preys on British visitors."
