RADIO cassette players and clothing valued at £1,000 were stolen in two raids on cars at a hotel car park.
The items were taken on successive nights from cars parked behind The Bull's Head Hotel, Mill Street, Congleton.
A radio cassette player and clothing together worth £492 were stolen between 10.50pm and 11.50pm on Friday.
The next night a Sony single CD player was taken from another car in the hotel car park, sometime between 4pm on Saturday and 12.15am on Sunday.
