THE Borough's Housing Division is on the move this week with decentralised offices set to be up and running by March 22.
Day to day housing services will be provided through area based housing officers in Crewe, Nantwich and the West End.
The area offices will be used to deal with housing applications, rent account enquiries, tenancy problems, rent payments and for reporting repairs.
The West End Housing Office will be based at 58/60 Timbrell Avenue and will cover all tenancies within the boundary of Bradfield New Road, Minshull New Road, West Street and Underwood Lane.
Nantwich and rural tenancies will deal with the Nantwich Housing Office based at the Civic Hall.
Crewe Housing Office will be based on the ground floor at Delamere House and will cover Crewe, apart from the West End, plus parishes including Shavington, Haslington, Church Minshull and Wistaston.
Some services, including general administration, programmed repairs and homelessness will continue on the fifth floor at Delamere House.
Head of housing Brian Dunning said: "Although we will try to deal with enquiries at any of the offices regardless of where you live, you should make your local office your first choice.
"Staff have been allocated to the new offices in proportion to the number of properties in each of these areas. If everyone were to contact Delamere House we wouldn't be able to cope."
