CONGRATULATIONS on being included in one of the biggest scientific experiments ever conducted - the great genetically modified foods gamble.
So scared are the US and British Governments of the companies behind the 'genetic revolution' that modified foods are not even being labelled.
But where is the scientific research to show us that this food is safe?
One doctor who expressed concerns about GM had his good reputation shredded by the Establishment
And why? So Monsanto and others can increase sales of their herbicides and corner the seed market. Will the Government protect us or their political donors? It remains to be seen.
I'M sickened by the court verdict calling the trial of the Jamie Bulger murders inhuman because they shouldn't have been in an adult court.
The only inhumaity in that case was the beating, killing and dumping of a two-year-old boy.
Anyone who was in Liverpool at the time will never forget the horror of that saga. I certainly never will.
As far as I'm concerned they should have been in an adult court and they should have gone to (and stayed in) prison for a very long time.
But what is the death of a toddler when it comes up against a gross injustice of an unusual legal procedure?
WASN'T Comic Relief a great laugh for a good cause? It looks like they are on course to smash their record of £27 million raised in a year.
Charity is brilliant at plugging leaks in the system, but why not set a group of experts down to fixing the leaks. These projects are vital to people here and abroad so maybe the Government should be doing something about it.
