IN an excellent game Windmill finally avenged two previous defeats to earn a 2-2 draw with goals from Alan Fletcher and Craig Jones and were very unlucky not to come away with all three points.

THIS was a very scrappy game in which Windmill Hill took the lead with a looping header over the keeper from Alan Fletcher.
Weston then equalised to end the first-half square.
The second-half continued to be scrappy with both teams finding if difficult to play on a pitch that was very badly cut up by a previous game.
Windmill Hill increased their lead through a Terence Lee penalty after he was fouled inside the area, only for Weston to equalise again.
Windmill Hill then wrapped up the game with goals from Lee Lewis and Craig Jones to run out winners 2-4.

IN a game which was hard from start to finish Windmill Hill struggled to cope with Stockham's far greater will to win.
After conceding three first-half goals in a 10 minute spell it was hard to find a way back in to the game.
Half-time 3-0.
In the second-half Stockham added three more goals to kill the game off.
Dennis Jones, Peter Jones, Darren Turner and Danny Neil all tried hard at the back.
Ryan Lee was excellent in midfield and Rhys Perrett up front worked tirelessly for his side.

A FIRST-HALF hat-trick by Harry Ellis and a stunning goal from Karl Jenkins put Windmill Hill 4-1 up in a pulsating first-half.
In the second-half Widnes Wolves threw everything at Windmill Hill.
They held out until 10 minutes from time when Widnes Wolves scored three including a last minute equaliser.
Full credit should go to both sides for a magnificent match.

Windmill Hill u10s 1 Grange u10s 3
IN a very good first-half both teams played good football and both had chances to take the lead.
The Grange broke the deadlock after a defensive error for a half-time score of 0-1.
After the break Windmill Hill had chances to score but the Grange always looked threatening.
David McClennan made some fine saves in the Windmill Hill goal.
A fine individual run by Alex McFarlane ended when he was tripped in the area to earn Windmill Hill a penalty which Dean Wilcox coolly slotted home.
With the match virtually over Grange stole the game with two very late goals.
All Windmill Hills players did well and were unlucky not to get anything from the game.

Windmill Hill u12s 1 Halton Lea u12s
WINDMILL HILL started well competing with Halton in every position.
Windmill Hill created the better chances in the first 20 minutes but failed to convert any of them.
Halton were fortunate to take the lead and added a second well taken goal just before half-time.
In the second-half Windmill Hill continued to press for a goal with Andrew Waldron, Danny Lee, and Paul Holmes all playing particularly well.
Midway through the second-half Halton scored two more goals in quick succession before Windmill finally scored.
Chris Boothman capped an excellent performance when he scored the goal of the game from a free-kick outside the area which flew in to the top corner.
Windmill Hill then missed a penalty with five minutes to go.
Halton added another goal shortly before the final whistle.
