TORY leader William Hague has sent his own congratulations to George Osborne.
Mr Hague said he was delighted by his employee's election - and felt sure Mr Osborne would help Tatton's Tories forget the Hamilton years once and for all.
"George's strength lies not just in his intellect and integrity but his sense of humour - and the fact that he has come into politics because he cares about changing people's lives for the better," Mr Hague told the Northwich Guardian yesterday, Tuesday.
