HEBDEN Green is sitting pretty in the dance world after winning the right to represent the country in a prestigious competition. The school's 'chair dancing team' produced a superb performance on Saturday, June 26, at Wythenshaw Forum and will go on to the international competition at Glasgow in November. Only two teams - the Winsford special school from the north and another from the south - go forward to represent England. They will be competing against teams from Scotland, Ireland and Wales. PE co-ordinator Pauline Stulberg said: "The wheelchair dance display team performed above and beyond what I ever imagined and it is a great honour for them to represent their country."
