SEVERAL changes have been made to Crewe Alexandra's fixtures for Season 1999/2000 since they were first released:
The first home game against Charlton (Aug 14) has been moved to allow finishing touches to be made on the new main stand. This now takes place on Tuesday, November 2, kick off at 7.45pm.
Grimbsy's visit (August 28) moves backwards a day to Friday night because of police commitments for Crewe Carnival.
Sky have chosen two matches to televise involving the Alex. The Tranmere home game (Oct 2) moves forward a day to Sunday October 3, kick off at 1.00pm and the visit to Port Vale (Nov 6) goes back to Bonfire Night, Friday, November 5, kick off at 7.45pm. Probably no better place to see fireworks!
