HALTON Transport had a day in court yesterday (Tuesday) as part of an ongoing inquiry into collusion in the North West.
The region's deputy traffic commissioner has been questioning various bus companies in the area after a High Court judgment last Autumn.
The court held that companies in this area were working in league to fix fares and carve-up the market.
Arriva North West hasalready appeared in court. The final ruling will be made next week.
